Do I need to do the classes at a specific time?

Nope! It’s up to you what time or day - and where - you want to do each class! Your ProvenPracticeADHD classes are on-demand. The weeks do need to be done in order though, to encourage completing the course in the way it was designed!

What if I don’t complete the course in time?

The structure we’ve presented (5 classes each week), is our recommendation to encourage the routine and commitment element of the practices. You can do more than 5 classes, or less than 5 classes per week. You have access to the course for 8 weeks after purchase, to provide you with flexibility, and to encourage completion through a deadline (prefrontal cortex, activated!)

Do we do different practices each week?

The first week is Meditation, the second week Breathwork, the third week Yoga, and the last week is a mix of all three. With each practice, you’ll learn how it can be used in relation to specific ADHD challenges. So you could say, you’ll have three tools (Breathwork, Meditation, Yoga) for each ADHD challenge.

What does the science say?

Routine practice of breathwork, meditation and (or) yoga have all been proven to improve executive function, build resilience to stress responses, and mitigate ADHD challenges across a breadth of scientific studies. What will the App version offer?

The App will have an abundance of courses in Breathwork, Meditation and Yoga designed specifically for adults with ADHD, and you’ll have your very own ProvenPracticeADHD calendar where you can design your own weekly routine of self-regulation and keep track of your progress! This is a process of practicing routine, self-regulation, and self-acceptance. It’s your journey, but we’ll provide the platform to make it as simple as possible for you.
