Alfie is a graduate of University College Cork with a degree in Applied Psychology followed by a master’s degree in Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing. 

He has been practising mindfulness meditation for over 10 years now and is passionate about helping others to discover the benefits for themselves of following evidence-based training in mindfulness. 

Alfie offers courses in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness in the Workplace, talks and workshops along with one-to-one mindfulness training. 

Alfie is a graduate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland as well as currently serving on the board of directors of the Mindfulness Teachers Association of Ireland.

Simon C is a public speaker with over 20 years of experience.

He is a certified breathwork instructor across various Breathwork techniques that include the Wim Hof Method and the Oxygen Advantage, and has studied a number of other methods, such as yogic breathing and conscious breathing among others.

He is also certified as a Non-Verbal Communication Expert, that he uses as part of his own teachings.

Aisling is a multi-style yoga teacher with a deep passion for the mind-body connection.

Drawing from a variety of yoga practices, she emphasises the importance of moving out of our heads and into our bodies, fostering both physical and mental well-being.

With a background as an Occupational Therapist, she supports neurodiverse individuals in finding ways to manage stress, practice mindfulness, and prioritize mental health.

Through her personal journey and teaching, she has discovered the transformative power of yoga in creating balance, promoting healing, and improving overall quality of life.
